utilities: Utility classes for dunedaq

Current Tools

  • Resolver -- Performs DNS SRV record lookups

  • ReusableThread -- Wrapper around a std::thread for executing short-lived tasks

  • WorkerThread -- Wrapper around a std::jthread for long-lived tasks (e.g. DAQModule work loops)
